Description of the goods
Every item on offer at www.norfolkcountryclothing.com has a description and an image as close to colour as possible. All items on offer are clearly priced and include VAT where applicable.
Deliveries are made by courier or by Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) and will need to be signed for. Orders are generally delivered Monday to Friday. Carriage prices cover most of the UK. However, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands, will be subject to delivery surcharges. Please contact us for details.
All address information must be accurate, including the postcode, and the customer's telephone number. Norfolk Country Clothing cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if customer's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect.
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been made, including postage and packaging. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Maestro. Delivery is via a signature on delivery service. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will leave a card at the address for the customer to make contact. If the customer fails to make contact within seven days the goods are returned to Norfolk Country Clothing and a credit will be issued less an admin fee. Alternatively if you wish us to re-deliver then a further delivery charge will be incurred.
£2.95 delivery charge for Second Class & £4.95 delivery charge for First Class to the UK Mainland (Allow 5 working days for Second Class and First Class is usually next working day)
Orders over £100 will be F.O.C. to UK Mainland.
Returns or Exchanges
If you wish to return an item purchased from this web site then you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in its original packaging for a refund excluding postage. However if you require a replacement then postage will be free of charge.
All claims for damage or loss caused in transit will be met in full provided that goods are signed for upon receipt as either "damaged" or "unexamined" and the carriers and ourselves are informed at once and confirmed in writing within three days of delivery. Unsatisfactory goods will always be replaced or payment refunded.
Damaged goods must be retained for inspection and it may be required they be returned to us at our expense before replacement or refund, this being at our option.
Returned goods must clearly show the full name and address of the sender. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases.
If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Any faulty items would have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a replacement/refund would be issued.
